Thanks to hard training, expert coaching and help from Rupert and his Photobiomodulation Studio for three of the rowers, Henley Rowing Club triumphed against Marlow Rowing Club.
Last year, the team failed to win a single race. Rupert puts part of their success down to improved stamina and performance gained through photobiomodulation therapy. Benefits include more intense and higher volume training, improved muscle strength and reduced post exercise soreness.
